Herbal remedies for Stress
Comments:
- 3 teaspoon of Gotu Kola tincture
- 3 teaspoon of Oat Seed tincture
- 2 teaspoon of Astragalus tincture
- 2 teaspoon of Passionflower tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Motherwort tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Licorice tincture
Use one of two methods.
Combine the tinctures and store in a 1 oz. bottle. Take 1 dropperful 3 times daily or as needed.
Or
The above herbs can be mixed in their dried form in the same proportions as above (the amounts can be doubled). Place the mixture in a jar and pour enough vodka to cover the herbs. Let stand for 2 weeks, then strain off the herbs. Bottle the tincture and take as directed.
