- 1 teaspoon of Dang Shen
- 1 teaspoon of Grindelia
- 1 teaspoon of Osha

- 2 teaspoon of honey
- 2 teaspoon of glycerin
Stir the herbs into the quart of water in an enamel saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, with the lid on. Strain the herbs and pour the liquid tea back into the rinsed and cleaned saucepan. Bring back to a simmer with the lid off and allow it to cook until the liquid is reduced to half its original volume. Add the honey and glycerin. Mix well and store in a glass bottle.
