- 4 teaspoon of Valerian tincture
- 2 teaspoon of Passionflower tincture
- 2 teaspoon of Ashwaganda tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Catnip tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Hops tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Chamomile tincture
- 1 teaspoon of Spearmint or Peppermint tincture
Use one of three methods.
Combine all of these together and store in a 1 oz amber glass bottle. Take 1-2 dropperfuls before bed or throughout the day at 4 hour intervals to promote relaxation and a restful nights sleep.

The herbs can also be combined in the same proportions in their dried form. A tea can then be made by steeping 1 tsp. per cup of boiling water.
