- 4 tsp. American Ginseng tincture
- 2 tsp. Oat seed tincture
- 1 tsp. Milk Thistle tincture

Need to combine the tinctures together in a 1 oz. amber dropper bottle. Take 1 dropperful 3 times daily or as needed.
