Uses: Hemorrhoids
Comments:
- 1 teaspoon of Calendula - crushed
- 1 teaspoon of Goldenseal powder
- 1 teaspoon of Peppermint leaf
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup Witch Hazel
Bring the water and the herbs to a boil, covered. Turn the heat off and allow the herbs to steep for 20 minutes. Strain the herbs and discard. Once the liquid is cool add the Witch Hazel. Soak a clean wash cloth in the tea, wring out the excess liquid, then apply the cloth to the irritated hemorrhoids. Do this as frequently as possible.
