Herbal remedies for Fatigue
Comments:
2 teaspoon of powdered Ashwaganda
2 teaspoon of powdered Astragalus
2 teaspoon of powdered Siberian Ginseng
2 teaspoon of powdered Shiitake
2 teaspoon of powdered Nettles
2 teaspoon of powdered Alfalfa
2 teaspoon of powdered Licorice
Use one of two methods:
Mix all of these herbs together in a small bowl. Then carefully fill size 00 gelatin capsules or vegi-caps (available at health food stores) with the powdered herbs. Take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day
Or
The powdered mixture can also be taken in milk. Stir 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 1 cup of warmed milk and drink up to 3 times a day.
