Comments:
2 teaspoon of Ephedra tincture
2 teaspoon of Mullein tincture
2 teaspoon of Oregon Grape Root tincture
2 teaspoon of Marshmallow or Slippery Elm tincture
1 teaspoon of Licorice tincture
1 teaspoon of Peppermint tincture
1 teaspoon of Vegetable glycerin
This can be prepared one of two ways:
Method One: Mix all of the tinctures together and store in a 1 oz. glass bottle. take 1 dropperful 3 times a day or as needed.
Method Two: The above formula can be made into a tea by combining the dried herbs in the same proportions. Steep 1 tsp. of the herbal mixture per cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Omit the vegetable glycerin and add honey, if desired. Drink 3 cups daily.
